Dr. Ashraf Hasan

Dr. Ashraf Hasan is triple board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Sports Medicine, and Pain Medicine and is a Certified Life Care Planner.

Dr. Hasan received his Medical Degree from the Chicago Medical School/Rosalind Franklin University. He then went on to a medical internship at St Joseph Hospital in Chicago, Illinois, and a residency at the University of Chicago Hospital/Schwab Rehabilitation Hospital. Dr. Hasan is a licensed M.D. in Illinois and Indiana. Dr. Hasan specializes in interventional pain management with over a decade of experience treating patients with acute and chronic pain. He formulates treatment plans for acute and chronic pain through evidence-based care and a wide range of non-surgical techniques, with expertise in minimally invasive spine procedures.
