Dr. Craig Davis is a board-certified physician specializing in interventional pain management with over a decade of experience treating patients with acute and chronic pain. He completed his residency in anesthesiology and fellowship in pain medicine at Harvard Medical School, where he gained advanced expertise in minimally invasive procedures and the comprehensive management of complex pain conditions.
Dr. Davis currently serves as the Chairman of the Board at Granger Medical Clinic, one of Utah’s largest physician-owned groups, and has been the President of the Utah Society of Interventional Pain Physicians for the past ten years, advocating for excellence in pain care and advancing the specialty statewide. In addition, he has served on the Utah State Medical Board for eight years, where he works to uphold the highest standards of medical practice and patient safety.
In his clinical practice, Dr. Davis focuses on a wide range of interventional pain treatments, with particular expertise in minimally invasive spine procedures, as well as the evaluation and management of pain resulting from traumatic injuries. He is recognized for delivering comprehensive medical evaluations, meticulous documentation, and evidence-based care that support both patient recovery and the legal process.
