Dr. Bharat C. Patel

Dr. Bharat C. Patel’s credentials include board certifications in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Pain Management, Sports Medicine, Interventional Pain Management, and Electrodiagnostic Medicine. Fewer than one in 10,000 physicians nationwide are quintuple board-certified. He is also Certified Physician Life Care Planner and Certified Life Care Planner.

Dr. Patel received his Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery degree from Smt. N.H.L. Municipal Medical College in Ahmedabad, India. He then went on to a surgery internship at Sound Shore Medical Center of Westchester in New Rochelle, New York, a residency at the NYU School of Medicine, and a fellowship in interventional pain management in Clearwater, Florida. Dr. Patel performs both non-interventional and interventional spine pain management therapies and is a fellowship director of the pain management fellowship, where he trains other physicians to become interventional pain physicians. Dr. Patel serves as a volunteer assistant professor of Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine at the UCF College of Medicine.
